CRM Operations Manager | Web-page Support - 10 month secondment

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the CRM Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies and infrastructure for the School. The position will also provide support in relation to website and other digital assets. This is a secondment position, for 10 months covering a period of parental leave.

Key duties:

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the School that are designed to support a variety of business objectives such as customer conversion, retention and loyalty
  • Work with a range of external and internal stakeholders – including members of the School’s marketing, admissions and information services teams – to deliver effective and positive outcomes in relation to CRM
  • Ensure that all related laws/regulations and standard measures are followed in the management and use of customer data
  • Effectively segment the database for targeted marketing activities
  • Provide support to web and digital when required by assisting with website maintenance, including testing, content updates and functional operations

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in either IT, marketing or a related field is desired for this position
  • Experience in a direct marketing environment, including acquisition and retention marketing, is also desirable
  • Detailed understanding of how CRM databases work, such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of marketing automation solutions, such as ClickDimensions
  • In-depth technical and analytical skills
  • Possess innovative and creative marketing communication ideas
