In this role, you will be pivotal in the recruitment and admission of high-quality students/participants into the School’s various degrees and short courses by providing a highly personalised service to prospective students.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage the admission selection process of new students and participants;
- Ensure that prospective applicants are provided with appropriate information or contacts to help them choose MBS;
- Provide a smooth and streamlined service to prospective applicants throughout the application process;
- Implement sales and communications strategies aimed at yielding quality applicants into each program;
- Attend events relating to program information for prospective applicants;
- Maintain and updating database CRM ensuring information accuracy in line with the School’s business processes.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous industry experience in a university or educational institution
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire and convey program knowledge professionally and accurately to a wide audience;
- Outstanding engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively manage a range of stakeholders;
- Solid attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills;
- High level of computer literacy with demonstrable experience using databases or CRMs;
- Displays a can-do attitude towards problem solving and juggling competing demands; and
- High focus to quality processes and outcomes with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Bachelor level qualification
