The opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious professional with website or product management experience to develop, implement and communicate our web and digital strategy.

  • Managing, mentoring and supporting staff, including the Web and Digital Coordinator

This is a permanent, full-time position.

About you

The ideal candidate will have strong website, product or project management experience, an understanding of customer-focused UX strategy and great people skills. This position sits within the Marketing department and involves managing staff and external agencies, so you will need to enjoy being part of a collaborative team and leading, supporting and inspiring others.

In addition, you will have most or all of the following attributes:

  • Experience in developing web content, web design and social media management.
  • Outstanding project management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise activities in line with business objectives.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, with the ability to think creatively to find new solutions to complex challenges.
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience managing a medium-to-large scale organisational website using Sitecore or an equivalent CMS and implementing content personalisation strategies would be advantageous.
