Working in a small team of professionals this role supports the People & Culture function across the breadth of the HR suite. Applying your previous HR experience, you will be driving our function’s operational excellence through your administrative remit alongside providing P & C advice, and working on key initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to consolidate and build on your initial experience in HR and genuinely progress your career by gaining exposure across a wide range of HR practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across the full employee life cycle from preparation of correspondence to coordination of our employee benefits programs and onboarding activities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including assisting with advertising, screening, and interviewing
  • Supporting managers and employees by responding to queries and providing advice
  • HRIS administration, payroll processing and reporting
  • Maintain and improve the integrity and relevance of internal processes and systems
  • Contribute to P & C initiatives and projects
  • Actively promoting a positive and consultative P & C style to the business

About you:

  • Highly motivated individual possessing tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Demonstrated recent experience working in an HR / P&C team in an administrative capacity
  • HRIS and payroll processing experience
  • Experience in recruitment and providing HR advice to managers and employees
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative skills, highly computer literate and strong process orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Resilience, with the ability to adapt and be flexible to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation
  • Initiative and forward-thinking approach
